Our Mission

At Divergent Teams, our mission is simple yet powerful: to empower high school students to become leaders by designing and executing real-world projects.

We do this by helping students:

Recruit student directors

Train in leadership, communication, and teamwork

Execute student-led Hackathons for 100+ participants

Through this process, students don't just learn - they lead.

What Students Experience

Take ownership of large-scale events

Help inspire participants to identify real-world problems

Provide a platform to build solutions and prototypes using STEM

Develop confidence through pitching to judges

Learn to think like founders and changemakers

Inspired by Srinivas Ambatti's vision (Microsoft Azure Specialist, Cloud & AI Platforms), Divergent Hackathons are built on a bold goal.

Impact So Far

Students are being inspired through immersive problem-solving experiences, and new cohorts of student leaders are being developed through our structured leadership program.
